Q: How can I order from the site?

Our products are limited edition. Once the drop is open, you are able to place an order. You cannot place an order before the release date.

 

Q. How long is the shop open for?

We keep all of our products limited and you will not be able to place an order once we are sold out. If an item is sold out, subscribe to our waitlist for the next drop.

 

Q: Where are your items produced?

All of our apparel is produced in the USA.

 

Q: What size should I order?

The sweater with intention is unisex (running like a large), unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the dimensions in the description of the product. 

 

Q: How should I wash my items?

We recommend washing your items alone for the first few washes and with like-colors after that. 

 

Q: Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states in the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO.

 

Q: Do you ship to Canada?

Not at this time, but we are aiming to ship internationally in the future!

Q: What couriers do you ship with?

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

 

Q. Do orders ship in pieces or altogether?

All items in your order will be shipped separately, at this time.

 

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard domestic shipments typically take 4-5 business days to arrive.

 

Q. Why has someone received their order and I haven’t?

Depending on where you live in the world, some regions have faster shipping than others. Since we are based on the East Coast, that part of the US typically will get their packages sooner than the West Coast would.

 

Q. My order was marked as delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?
 

Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear of this! Our team first recommends double-checking that your shipping address includes all parts of your current address, including any suite or apartment numbers. 

If your parcel is marked as delivered, please give yourself a whole 24-48 hours to make sure the parcel arrives before contacting our team.

If your shipping address was correct and you still haven’t received your package within 3-5 business days after your package was marked as delivered, please reach the UGH team to file a stolen package report with your shipping carrier (USPS).

Understanding Good Health PSA: Please note that UGH is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages upon transit after they’ve left our distribution facility. HOWEVER, we will of course do our best to help you find your package, please be sure to email our team at ugh.inc@mail.com in order to place a claim. If the claim is approved, we will be more than happy to reship the item purchased. 

 

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

 If you don't love your item, you can return or exchange within 15 days of purchase.

- USA Returns: Please contact ugh.inc@mail.com

- Items must not be worn, washed or damaged.

- All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

- After 15 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

- Return shipping fees will be covered by the customer.

 

Q. Will certain items ever be restocked?

We do not restock old items unless they are in high demand. Once we release something, we typically don’t release it ever again. To be notified of any restocks, please subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the homepage or subscribe to back in stock notifications on the product page.
